Roof Replacements
You may need to replace your roof if you notice signs like curling or missing shingles, frequent leaks, sagging, visible daylight in the attic, or if your roof is over 20 years old. A professional inspection can confirm whether repairs are enough—or if a full replacement will save you more in the long run.
Process
What to expect when you have us replace your roof
Design, Approvals and Material Selection
During the “Design, Approvals, and Material Selection” phase, we finalize roof specifications and obtain all necessary permits. We work closely with architects and owners to choose the optimal roofing system—whether TPO, EPDM, metal panels, or shingles—based on building requirements, budget, and local code. Our team prepares detailed drawings and submits them for municipal or HOA approval. Once approved, we coordinate with manufacturers to source high-quality materials, ensuring each component meets performance and warranty criteria before construction begins.
New Roof Installation
During the “Installation” step, our certified crew first prepares the roof deck by ensuring it is clean, level, and structurally sound. We then install underlayment and insulation according to the specified R-value requirements. Next, we lay and secure the chosen roofing system—whether it’s TPO, EPDM, metal panels, or shingles—following manufacturer guidelines for seams and fasteners. Finally, we complete all flashings, edge details, and roof penetrations to create a fully watertight seal.
